A discussion with Dr. Ethan Kerns, Chief Dental Officer for Salud Family Health Centers, which is the state of Colorado’s largest dental department in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Dr. Kerns is also President-Elect for NNOHA, the National Network for Oral Health Access.
